Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days from dispatch, however during public holidays and busy periods please allow up to 7 working days.

We hope that you are satisfied with your items, but we do understand that sometimes it may not be exactly what you're after. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

with your order number or fill in the form on the Contact Us
page so we can provide you with a returns address. Once we've received your returned item please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to reach your account. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Postage for returns are at the customer's own cost. We recommend that you retain proof of postage and can track your order, as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.
Please note returns will only be accepted provided that:
- the items are in the same condition as were received
- the items are returned in its original packaging
We want all customers to have the best possible experience when shopping at MALI Homeware, so if you receive a damaged or faulty item please email us within 24 hours of receiving the item at email@example.com with images of the damages/faults and your order number so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Please note all items purchased from the 'Special Price' (clearance) section are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the items were faulty or damaged during transit when delivered to you. In this instance, please do contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please also note all items in the clearance section cannot be purchased in conjunction with any discount codes.
