Delivery FAQs

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the UK.

How much does shipping cost?

  • FREE for orders £75 and over.
  • £4.95 for orders under £75

How long will shipping take?

  • Our standard delivery time is 2-3 working days from dispatch.
  • However during public holidays and busy periods please allow up to 7 working days. 

Returns FAQs

How long do I have to return an item?

  • We accept returns within 14 days from date of delivery.
  • Please note we will not accept any return requests after the 14 day period.

How do I return an item?

We hope that you are satisfied with your items, but we do understand that sometimes it may not be exactly what you're after.

Please follow the below steps to return your item:

  • Please email us first at so we can provide you with a returns address.
  • Postage for returns are at the customer's own cost. We recommend that you retain proof of postage and can track your order, as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.
  • Once we've received your returned item please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to reach your account. You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

PLEASE NOTE returns will only be accepted provided that:

  • the items are in the same condition as were received.
  • the items are returned in their original packaging.
  • the items have not been used.

Damaged or faulty items

We want all customers to have the best possible experience when shopping at MALI Homeware, so if you receive a damaged or faulty item please email us within 24 hours of receiving the item at with images of the damages/faults and your order number so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

Non-refundable items

  • Please note all items purchased from the 'Special Price' (clearance) section are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Please also note that any Made-to-order items are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • If either of these items arrive faulty or damaged during transit, please contact us at within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

Please also note all items in the clearance section cannot be purchased in conjunction with any discount codes.


We currently do not offer exchanges.
